Refunds and Subscription Cancellations Policy

Here’s how it works…


Within the First 15 Days.

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 15 days, you are welcome to cancel your subscription and you won't be billed any further.

Note: Do not wait until the end of your trial period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them.

Annual and monthly subscription model cancellation.

If you have subscribed to the annual subscription model and choose to cancel your yearly subscription, after the 15 days trial period, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription for the next 365 days (For example, if the subscription begins June 1, you can enjoy the benefits until May 31st next year) and there will not be a refund of any part of the Yearly subscription fee. But, you will not be billed after your current billing cycle ends.

If you have subscribed to the monthly model and choose to cancel your monthly subscription, after the 15 days of trial period, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription for the next 30 calendar days and there will not be a refund of any part of the monthly subscription fee. You will not be billed after your current billing cycle ends.

Do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them. As it takes longer for us to receive postal mail than electronic mail, we recommend that you email your request. Providing us with your account/subscription number (if you have one) can also speed up the process of honouring your request.

We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by either email or postal mail.
